My wife is Dr. E.G. Rini. I have two daughters, elder is T.J. Ananya and younger is T.J. Arya. My father is Mr T. K. Viswanathan and mother is Mrs C. S. Sudhakshina. I have an elder sister (Chandrika) and two elder brothers (Kannadas and Seeridas).

I did my schooling at Rama Varma Union High School, Cherai and Pre-Degree and Degree at S N M College, Maliankara. I took my M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kerala.

Currently, I am working at KFUPM, Dhahran, KSA.

Listening music and reading books are some of my hobbies.
